Office Assistant at The National Insurance Corporation of Tanzania (NIC)
The National Insurance Corporation of Tanzania (NIC (T) Ltd) is a state owned insurance company with a Branch network all over the country. In order to strengthen its operations, the Corporation now needs to fill vacant posts in order to obtain dynamic, dedicated and self motivated employees who will enable the Corporation to meet the aspirations of all its stakeholders especially Stakeholders.
The Corporation wishes therefore to invite candidates with competent skills to fill the following vacancies:-
Office Assistant -1 Position – Head office.
Requires Qualifications and Experience:
The holder of this post must have a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) with passes in English and Kiswahili subjects.
Good interpersonal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Possession of Certificate in Office Management will be an added advantage.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
To keep the office and other premises clean; to circulate files in office, deliver documents, duplicate circulars and other publications of the Corporation;
To ensure that the office properties and facilities are in order and safe custody; and
To ensure that all door and windows of the offices are properly secures in the office hours and attend to any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
