Project Director - Africare
Africare, a US based Private Voluntary organization headquarter in Washington D.C, is seeking applications for a qualified persons to fill in avrious positions below for the anticipated CDC /PEPFAR funded project, “Provision of Comprehensive Living with HIV, CDC-RFA-GH17-1720” to be implemented in Dar es Salaam, Geita, Kagera, Kigoma, Mara, Mwanza, Shonyanga, Simiyu, Pwani, tanga, Unguja, and Pemba in Tanzania. the project main objectives is to increase detection of PLHIV and linkages to ART services in PEPFAR scale-up councils and achieve sustained virologic suppression to reach epidemic control in all CDC PEPFAR supported councils, in the targeted regions.
Requirements
– Master’s Degree or its international equivalent in public health, behavioral, social sciences or other field related to international development.
– 10 years experience leading, implementing and managing large, complex public health projects in developing countries, with a focus on HIV service delivery, capacity building, and human rights in support of key populations.
